How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Thickengineers Windows & Siding to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to make a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Thickengineers Windows & Siding
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Thickengineers Windows & Siding cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, handle warranty claims or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send Your Complaint
Email contact@thickengineers.world and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write to Us
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Not Happy
You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with contractors, your state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
